dsh-process

ntd process templates are YAML files that define multi-phase, multi-step agent workflows. Managing them has always meant wrestling with a text editor and digging through the filesystem, with no way to browse, validate, or visually edit the structure, let alone drive an agent to execute phase-by-phase. dsh-process closes all of those gaps and gives processes a full visual workbench inside dsh web.

The plugin adds a full-screen process library to the sidebar: dual-library browsing (My Library and Bundled), three-view inspection (Overview / Structure / YAML), bidirectional form-and-YAML editing with 300ms debounced validation, one-click AI generation with preview-and-write, complete import/export, and real-time fs.watch synchronization. On the agent side, four tools (process_list / process_get / process_validate / process_save) let agents read the library; the host drives execution phase-by-phase via code-level on_success / on_gate_fail / goto routing, opens a fresh session per step, scores gates with an independent review session, caps rework in code, and surfaces live progress, attempt counts, gate scores, and output tails on a run board. All writes target My Library only; the Bundled library is read-only; deletions go to .trash first; path whitelisting blocks traversal.
