In DeepSeek Harness you may juggle several API providers but never see how much is left on the one you are actually using. This was especially true for Alibaba Cloud and Qianwen Token Plan, which carry subscription quotas yet expose no public query endpoint, so most quota plugins in the ecosystem simply skipped them. dsh-token-plan-quota bakes that console-quota contract in and also wires up the official balance APIs for DeepSeek, Moonshot/Kimi, OpenRouter, and Alibaba Cloud Billing Center.

The plugin follows one strict rule: if an official endpoint exists, report the true value, and only draw a progress bar and percentage when a denominator is available; when no official endpoint exists, report only the tokens and call counts measured through your local instance, never convert credits, never extrapolate from history, never show a percentage. Zero configuration is required; on install the plugin auto-detects your active route, and the badge updates instantly as you switch models. The detail panel can be dragged into a floating window, and when a console cookie expires the official card turns into an error card while the measured-usage fallback stays pinned to the badge.
