The empty-state hero on DSH web says "Into the Unknown" with a tiny "Preview" badge tacked on—like a product manual that refuses to be opened. If you have been living in this interface long enough, you probably want it to say something that is yours. dsh-hero-headline is exactly that.

It swaps the headline for any text you like (the default reads "Your everyday is the miracle"), dresses it in a gradient with a white stroke and soft glow, and repaints the little whale in its official blue—while the hop-on-hover animation stays perfectly intact. The most delightful part is the Monet-style palette pull: the plugin reads whatever background ui-theme-background-custom is displaying, runs a median-cut to extract six vivid hues, and turns them into a text gradient that breathes with the scene. Video backgrounds refresh with each frame; image backgrounds re-sample on change; and when no color can be found, it quietly falls back to a default rainbow without throwing an error.

Everything runs in the browser. A MutationObserver watches for the exact headline leaf, rewrites it, applies styles, and hides the "Preview" badge—then stays idempotent through re-renders without touching core source, locale internals, or hashed CSS-module classes. Pair it with ui-theme-background-custom for the full experience, or run it standalone for the text and art styling alone.
