Four layers of capability are at work: First, subagent model and reasoning effort — independently set provider, model, and reasoning tier for subagent, subagent_fork, and workflow, with three modes: inherit global defaults, follow the parent session, or fully customize. Second, centralized MCP server management — two-stage compatibility probing, automatic protocol downgrade, and inline tool schema inspection keep incompatible servers from breaking a session. Third, per-session MCP tool granularity — enable or disable specific tools per session while still following global defaults where you choose. Fourth, per-session skill control — toggle bundled, user, and project skills independently, with automatic dynamic prompt catalog filtering and execution enforcement.

It is built for developers running multiple MCP services or maintaining several skill sets in the DSH Web interface: if you need to swap model combinations between sessions, temporarily disable a flaky tool, or restrict a debugging session to a specific skill subset, this plugin lets you make those changes in seconds and see them applied immediately.
