在 DeepSeek Harness 里，Agent 常会停在审批、回答问题或计划审核上，或者某个 Session 跑完而你正在看别的窗口——这时很容易错过需要处理的时机。dsh-desktop-notify 面向 Windows 桌面版，在真正需要你知道的时候用系统 toast 提醒你，而不是靠你反复切回应用里扫一眼。

插件只读 @deepseek-ai/dsh-client-ui-session 汇总的 sessionStatus，不轮询、也不另建状态源。两类触发：Session 被 pendingInteraction 拦住（审批、提问、计划审核等）时「需要关注」；某次运行结束且时长不少于 minRunMs（默认 20 秒）时「运行完成」。同一交互用 key 去重，窗口刚打开时的首帧当作基线，避免一启动就刷出一串通知；若你正看着该 Session，也会刻意静默。

实现上走渲染进程的 Web Notification API，在 DSH 桌面 secure context 下以应用身份弹出 Windows toast，无需改 Electron 主进程或 shell。可配置是否通知关注/完成、最短运行时长与是否播放系统提示音；还提供 DesktopNotify Inspect（含 decisions 决策日志），方便排查「为什么没弹 toast」。

适合长期在 Windows 上使用 DSH Desktop、同时开多个 Session 或经常切到别的应用的用户——希望 Agent 等你或长跑结束时能被动收到提醒，并一点通知就回到对应 Session。
